Shipping Address

RDA Promart Beaumont only ships to Orange, Jefferson, Newton, Jasper, Tyler, and Hardin Counties. Orders can only be shipped to the shipping address we have on file for you and cannot be modified through state-rda.com. To modify your shipping address, please contact our store at 409-833-3344 or rda@beaumontrda.com.

Shipping Rates

Orders will be delivered as quickly as possible. Options are: RDA delivery van, your sales consultant, or UPS upon request (UPS rates apply).

RDA delivery van schedule - Tuesday - Port Arthur, Nederland and Groves area, Wednesday - Beaumont, Thursday - Port Arthur, Nederland, Groves area and Bridge City and Friday - Vidor , Orange, Mauriceville, Lumberton, Silsbee, alternating week Woodville, and Jasper - Order Processing Fee of $3.00

Sales Consultant delivery is available upon there regularly scheduled visit to you salon - Order Processing Fee of $3.00

UPS is available upon request - UPS rates applied.

Shipping Confirmation

Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped or is out for delivery by your sales representative, an additional email to confirm shipment with tracking (when applicable) will be sent. You can also check your order status in the My Orders section of your account page, or contact us at 409 833-3344 or rda@beaumontrda.com

Delivery Times

Orders received before 9 AM will be pulled and shipped with the next available scheduled delivery, which should be same day or next day in most cases.

Order Tracking

You can view the status and tracking (if applicable) for your order by selecting "My Orders" on the account dashboard. Please contact the store or you Sale Reps for any questions.
